Structure:Ultrasonic controller: 38khz high frequency and high power ultrasonic controller. Inner located micro-computer chips,full digital automatic frequency tracking according to the different states of the ultrasonic,unnecessary manual adjustment ,easy to operate.Oscillator can give a long time duty with low heating and steady state.
High frequency cable: Usingcable to connect oscillator and ultrasonic controller together
Connector: Airplug
Generator: High-performance ultrasonic conversion devices
Ultrasonic frame: consistof outer frame and resonant ring
Screen: apply to 10mesh ~635mesh

Working Principle


High frequency electric oscillation produced by ultrasonic controller is converted to high frequency sine type longitudinal sasser by oscillator. The sasser is transferred to resonant ring, producing resonant. The resonant ring transfers the vibration to screen. When the material is processed with low frequency three dimensional vibrations, plus ultrasonic vibration, no mesh blocking and with high process output and efficiency.
